摘要
乡村治理作为农村事务的重要组成部分,从新中国成立起经历了三个不同的主体阶段,三个阶段中显示出了国家力量与非国家力量间的关系以及主体与土地制度间的关系。透过历史与现实,可以看出土地制度与国家政策以及现实当中的各种问题对村治主体产生着较大的影响。
The village governance is a major component of rural affairs in P. R, China since its foundation which has undergone three stages which show the relation between national power and non-state forces, the main body and land. Through the history and reality, we can see that the land system and national policies, as well as the various real problems have a greater influence on the main body of the village governance.
