摘要
创新人才,就是指一个人具有创新人格、创新精神、创新能力并能够取得创新成果。创新人才的影响因素主要有:学校教育、家庭教育、社会文化、个性人格品质等。培养策略有:建立全面、科学的创新人才新理念;把想象和创造还给童年;重视基础教育;大学教育要重视教育创新;建立社会支持系统,建立创新环境等。
Innovative talents refer to people who have innovative personality, innovative spirit, and innovative ability to reach the innovation achievements. Their influencing factors mainly include: school education, home education, social culture, personality and so on. The training strategies include: establishing comprehensive and scientific new idea; returning imagination and creation to childhood; attaching importance to elementary education; emphasizing educational innovation in colleges and universities; establishing social supporting system and creating the innovation environment and so on.
