摘要
创新人才,就是指一个人具有创新人格、创新精神、创新能力并能够取得创新成果。创新人才的影响因素主要有:学校教育、家庭教育、社会文化、个性人格品质等。培养策略有:建立全面、科学的创新人才新理念;把想象和创造还给童年;重视基础教育;大学教育要重视教育创新;建立社会支持系统,建立创新环境等。
Innovative talents refer to people who have innovative personality, innovative spirit, and innovative ability to reach the innovation achievements. Their influencing factors mainly include： school education, home education, social culture, personality and so on. The training strategies include： establishing comprehensive and scientific new idea; returning imagination and creation to childhood; attaching importance to elementary education; emphasizing educational innovation in colleges and universities; establishing social supporting system and creating the innovation environment and so on.
