摘要
新时期以来,高校不断加强班主任队伍建设力度,呈现出以下几个特点:一是队伍结构整体趋向合理;二是制度基本健全,机制逐步完善;三是待遇有所改善。但在工作职责、激励机制和系统培训方面也存在不少问题,要突破发展瓶颈,就需要进一步深化角色定位,明确岗位职责;健全管理机制,完善政策保障;加强教育培训,提高综合素质,切实加强高校班主任队伍建设。
Since the new era, the University continued to strengthen the building of the class teacher, showing the following characteristics: First, the personnel structure is reasonable, and second, the system is basically sound, gradually improve the mechanism; third is to improve the treatment. However, there are many problems in delineation of responsibilities, incentives and systems training. To break the development bottleneck, we need to further deepen the roles responsibilities; improve management system and the policy guarantee; to strengthen education and training, improve the overall quality, conscientiously strengthen the college class teacher ranks.
