摘要
科学发展观,涵盖求实创新的执政理念、以人为本的执政宗旨、统筹兼顾的执政方式,是在充分总结中国共产党60年执政经验与教训的基础上对如何发展而作出的科学回答,是我党对执政规律和执政建设探索的科学总结和理论成果,对社会主义和谐社会的构建、全面小康社会的建设,以及执政党建设具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。
Scientific development outlook comprises the reigning consciousness of factuality and innovation, the reigning tenet of human oriented and the reigning way of macroscopic compatible command.
