摘要
运用概率论与数理统计对风险系统作定量分析，并准确地估测风险事故的特征参数，最终获得处理风险事故的最优方案．
At first,the quantitative analysis of the risk system is studied by the use of probability and statistics.Then the characteristic coefficient of the risk accident is estimated. Finally the best scheme of handling risk accidem is obtained. [
