Having introduced the development and improvement process of emulsion pump ram materials from metal to ceramic, and proposed the features of new types of materials, ceramic plunger, mainly discussed a producing technology and method of high-hardness alumina ceramic materials. This ceramic material will extend the lifespan of the products and reinforce the reliability, which increase the efficiency but lower the producing cost.
