摘要
运用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc及其接触分析技术,建立了引绳锥套装置的有限元模型,利用直接约束法定义了刚体及变形体,并对引绳锥套装置的接触问题进行了有限元模拟。通过分析得到了锥套变形过程的应力场和应变场,研究结果表明,建立的引绳锥套装置的有限元模型合理,有限元模拟结果与实验所得到结果相符,分析结果能够为引绳锥套装置的设计与研究提供理论上的参考。
By using non-linear finite element and contact analysis, finite element mode] of taper sleeve and wire rope are established. Rigid body and deformable body are defined by the direct constraint method provided by MSC.Marc. Contact between taper sleeve and wire rope is simulated with FEM and stress field and strain field of taper sleeve are achieved. The results show that the mode] of taper sleeve and wire rope are reasonable and the finite element numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, which can provide theoretical guidance for design and research. :
