摘要
以苣荬菜为材料,用盆栽控制浇水模拟干旱的方法,研究不同程度水分胁迫下苣荬菜叶片光合生理特性及水分利用率的变化特点.结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,苣荬菜叶片叶绿素含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势.叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2摩尔分数和气孔导度等都随着干旱胁迫的加重而降低.在轻度和中度干旱胁迫下,苣荬菜水分利用率有所提高.苣荬菜抗干旱能力较强.
The photosynthetic properties and water use efficiency changes of Sonchus branchyotus DC. seedlings were measured in drought stress with pot culture experiments simulating different soil water status. The results showed that the chlorophyll content first ascended and then declined and the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and Stomatal Conductance decreased along with drought stress increasing. The water use efficiency increased in light and moderate drought stress. Sonchus branchyotus DC. showed high adaptability to drought stress.
