摘要
信息技术投资与组织绩效的关系一直是学者和业界关注的热点问题,我国相关的实证研究很少且结论不一致。该研究以信息技术类上市公司为研究对象,对不同类型的信息技术投资与组织绩效的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,在该行业上市公司中,信息技术投资与组织绩效呈负相关关系;硬件投资存在时滞,短期内硬件投资对绩效有负面影响,2年后对绩效有正向影响;软件投资在短期内对绩效影响并不显著,2年后对组织绩效的负面影响突现出来;信息技术存量资产对组织绩效的有显著影响,但当年新增的信息技术投资对组织绩效的影响并不显著。
The relationship between IT investment and organizational performance continues to generate interest both among academicians and practitioners. There are seldom empirical studies and the collusions are inconsistent in our country. With a literature review, this paper empirically studies the relationship between the different types of IT investment and Organizational performance basing on the relevant data of 4 years panel data of Chinese listed company in IT industry, and the regression method has been used. Main findings and conclusions of this paper are as follow： in the listed company of IT industry, there is a negative correlation between IT investment and organizational performance; there are 2 years time lags of the hardware investment; the effect of software investment on organizational performance isn＇t significantly in short time and the negative influence has been became significant after 2 years later; IT stock has a significant effect on organizational performance and the new IT investment has not.
