摘要
无轴承永磁同步电机是采用了无轴承技术的高性能永磁同步电机,同时具备永磁同步电机的优良特性与磁悬浮轴承的优点。阐述了转矩绕组极对数为2,悬浮力绕组极对数为3的无轴承永磁同步电机悬浮力产生原理,总结了目前国际国内无轴承永磁同步电机在结构方面与控制策略方面的研究成果,为无轴承永磁同步电机结构改进与控制优化提供重要参考。分析了无轴承永磁同步电机研究发展趋势,为无轴承永磁同步电机进一步研究指明方向。
A bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is a high performance PMSM adopting bearingless technology, and has the excellent characteristics of PMSM and the features of magnetic bearings. In the paper, the generation principle of radial suspension forces of a bearingless PMSM with PM = 2 and PB = 3 were expounded, research results in motor structure aspect and control strategy aspect of bearingless PMSMs were summarized, which giving an important reference for the structure improvement and control optimization of bearless PMSM. Analyzed the development trend of bearingless PMSM, showed the direction to the future research on bearingless PMSMs.
