文章介绍在环氧改性氰酸酯的树脂体系中,添加聚四氟乙烯,并采用NE玻纤布作增强材料,成功开发了一种工艺可行、性能优秀的高频覆铜板。
In the paper, a high frequency CCL with excellent performance was developed by using PTFE, expoxy modified cyanater ester and NE glass fabric as reinforced materials.
