摘要
为了探讨离子束处理对肉苁蓉种子萌发形成吸器特性的影响,从而提高肉苁蓉种子的萌发率,提出萌发机制,采用组织培养的方法对N+注入的肉苁蓉种子进行萌发试验.结果表明:注入的N+剂量为1 000时诱导肉苁蓉种子的萌发率最高为20%.用N+注入预处理后的肉苁蓉接种在添加不同浓度的6-BA、GA3和IBA的MS培养基上诱导形成吸器的效果比直接接种在MS培养基上的效果要好,萌发率达23.3%.
In order to make clear the mechanisms of inducement by ion beams on the seed germination and haustoria for Cistanche deserticola, we analyzed the influence of seed germination in C. deserticola by induced in the N+ inducement using the tissue culture technique. Results showed that the N+ condition is 1000 for promote germination of C. deserticola seed, germination ratio is 20%; The optimum concentration of hormone is 6-BA,GA3 and IBA of inducement germination of Cistanche deserticola seed; The N+ treatment and the optimum concentration of hormone have distinctness effect to promote germination of Cistanche desertieola seed, germination ratio is 23.3%.
