摘要
赛峪水库修建于"文革"期间,一直存在安全隐患,为了给水库主管部门提供可靠的运行参数,对大坝安全运行进行了分析研究;通过对大坝坝体有关参数现场取样进行实测,以及对大坝的各种运行参数进行复核;得到了赛峪水库大坝的工程质量、运行管理、防洪标准、渗流安全、结构安全、抗震安全等一系列安全评价指标;分析结果表明赛峪水库大坝安全存在的问题突出,应引起主管部门的高度重视,并针对赛峪水库大坝安全评价中出现的问题提出了相应的建议。
There exist the safety problems all along in Saiyu Reservoir.In order to provide the reliable operation parameters,the analysis and study are made for safety operation of the dam,including the site measurement for the dam body and the re-check for the parameters,at last,obtaining a series of safety evaluation indexes,such as the project quality,operation and management,flood control standard,seepage safety,structure safety,earthquake-resistant safety and so on.At the same time,the relevant recommendations are put forward according to the safety problems in the dam of Saiyu Reservoir.
