摘要
以烟台市孔辛头村为调查对象,试图了解税费改革对农民生活直接或间接的影响,探索农村发展与治理的深刻内涵,并提出相应的政策建议。
Using Kongxintou village in Yantai as the object, this thesis tries to get to the direct and indirect influence upon farmers by the taxation reformation, probes the deep connotation of rural development and governance and puts forwards relevant political suggestions.
