摘要
介绍了固定化丙丁菌直接发酵玉米浆生产丙酮、丁醇的原理和工艺,并对不同浓度、不同流速时溶剂的产量进行了对比试验。结果表明,该工艺流程简单,产品成本底,操作方便,可用于工业化生产。
The principle and technics of producting acetone and butanol by using of fixed clostisdium accto-butylicum fermenting corn brci was discussed. We had Studied the effect of concentration and flow velocity to acetone and butconol. Producting rate with contrast experiment. The results showed that this technology have the advantage of technics simple, operation convenience and cost low, etc, which can be used in inductrial production
