摘要
湿法烟气脱硫以其高效获得了广泛的应用,但国外成熟技术的造价难以为我国接受。本文利用几种常见废弃物(海水、电厂灰、碱性废水等)在填料吸收塔上对湿法烟气脱硫及其阻力特性和温降问题进行了大量的试验研究,开发出了一种具有较高脱硫效率、较低投资和运行费用的湿法烟气脱硫技术。
The technology of WFGD (wet flue gas desulfurization) is used widely for its very high efficiency,but the investment of matured technology is very high.In this paper,some normal wastes (seawater,fly ash of power plant,basic waste water,etc) are used for reserching WFGD and its corresponding pressure and temperature decreasment on packing tower.One technology of WFGD having higher desulfurization efficiency,lower investment and operating cost is offered,and the problem of flue gas emission on lower temperature is solved too.
