摘要
1台QY20B型汽车起重机在工作过程中出现了三联齿轮泵第三联断轴和回转马达不转的故障,根据液压系统原理图和现场诊断,对故障原因进行分析,找出了故障发生的部位,发现液压回路中导控顺序阀的阻尼孔堵塞导致系统回路形成"断路"是齿轮泵断轴和回转马达不转的真正原因;通过疏通阻尼孔,清洗导控顺序阀,解决了回转马达不转的故障;最后提出优化液压系统,在泵的出口设置安全阀,是避免齿轮泵出现断轴故障的最根本的方法。
An accident of shaft fracture of the gear pump and failure of rotary motor happened in an automobile crane QY20B. According to the principle of the hydraulic circuit and diagnosing of the accident, it was found that the jam of damper in sequence valve caused hydraulic circuit turnoff, which is the key causation of the accident mentioned above. The accident of shaft fracture and incapability of rotating has solved by cleaning damper and sequence valve thoroughly. At last, it can be conclude that setting a relief valve at the outlet of gear pump to optimize the hydraulic circuit is effectual to avoiding the accident.
