摘要 目的考察葱白中总黄酮化合物提取工艺的最佳条件。方法以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用单因素实验与正交实验设计优选出葱白中总黄酮化合物的提取工艺。结果葱白总黄酮化合物的最优提取工艺为:粉碎粒径<0.175mm的葱白干燥粉末在80℃条件下以80%乙醇溶液回流提取3次,每次2h,每次加乙醇量为葱白粉末量的10倍。结论优选出的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于葱白总黄酮化合物的提取。 Objective To optimize the extraction process for total flavone in congbai. Methods The optimum extracting technics for total flavone from congbai was screened out by adopting single factor and orthogonal design experiment to evaluate the extraction efficiency of total flavone. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: refluxed the powdered herbs with diameter less than 0. 175 mm by using 10 times more 80% ethanol at 80 ℃ for three times, 2 hours each time. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and suitable for isolating the total flavone from congbai.
