摘要
从高职生就业岗位与企业选择人才角度,分析了高职院校人文素质教育存在缺陷,提出了强化育人观念,以育人为本;增加人文选修课、专题讲座,加强两课教育的实践性;美化校园文化环境等措施。
The paper, through the perspectives of the students＂ job hunting and the enterprises＂ talents selection, analyzes the limitation of the humanistic quality education in technical institutes. And it puts forward some suggestions of education consolidation and talent cultivation education oriented and of some measures like opening humanity elective courses and lectures, of strengthening the practices about ＂two political courses education＂ and of beautifying campus culture atmosphere.
