摘要
研究了三溴偶氮胂与钡的显色反应及共存离子的影响。结果表明,在0.3mol/L的H3PO4介质中,钡与显色剂形成稳定的紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为618nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.90×104L/(mol·cm);在25mL的溶液中,钡量在0~40mg范围内符合比尔定律,显色反应具有较高灵敏度,方法可用于测定硅钙钡合金中钡含量,测定结果与认定值相符,其相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2%。
The chromogenic reaction between tribromoarsenazo and barium was studied as well as the influ- ences of coexistent ions on the reaction. The results show that barium reacts with the chromogenic reagent in 0.3 mol/L H3PO4 solution to form a stable purple complex,which exhibits an absorption maximum at 618 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 3.90 × 104 L/(mol cm). Beer's law is obeyed with the barium content of 0-40 μg/25 mL. The chromogenic reaction is of high sensitivity and the speetrophotometry can be used to determine the barium content of Si-Ca-Ba alloy. The determined results are in agreement with the certified values, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 2%.
