摘要
目的探讨化疗药物长春瑞滨(NVB)外渗后的护理及预防外渗的方法。方法回顾性分析比较我院2005年2月—2007年1月的197例及2007年2月—2008年12月的312例接受含NVB方案化疗的患者,发生长春瑞滨外渗后的处理方法,并对其预防和护理进行了总结。结果2组总有效率比较,对照组85%,试验组100%,χ2=10.87,P<0.05,2组疗效有显著性差异;在缓解疼痛方面试验组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论使用硫酸镁+地塞米松+维生素C+生理盐水进行湿敷,辅以康复新外用治疗长春瑞滨的外渗,疗效显著。选择正确输液方式、静脉血管是预防化疗药物外渗的关键,发生外渗后采取及时有效的护理措施能将药物的再损害降到最低。
Objective Explore chemotherapy drugs in the nursing after the permeability and prevent leakage. Conclusion Using VC ＋ dexaimisong＋ magnesium sulfate ＋ NS on physiological saline, supplemented by the rehabilitation in new external treatment of leakage, remarkable curative effect. To choose the right way, vein infusion is to prevent drug store, the key to the timely and effective after the permeability of nursing measures will minimize damage of drugs again.
