摘要
采用"结构-过程-结果"的绩效评价理论结构,建立卫Ⅶ项目计划免疫子项目的绩效评价理论框架,并从立项决策科学性、项目的运营、项目效果及可持续性等维度构建湖北省卫Ⅶ项目中计划免疫子项目的绩效评价指标体系。
In this paper, the author adopt the structure-process-results of performance evaluation theory, to establish performance evaluation theoretical framework ofEPI subprojects theoretical in Health Ⅶ project. From project＇ s scientific decision-making, project＇s operations, project＇s effectiveness and sustainability to build the performance evaluation index system of EPI subprojects of Hubei Province Health Ⅶ project.
