摘要
农村土地制度关系着农村的稳定与发展,关系着"三农"问题的妥善解决。中国的农村土地制度向来都是与时俱进的,现在也不例外。现行的农村土地制度经过近30年的社会实践,已经暴露出一些社会问题。围绕农村土地使用权流转这一核心问题,提出农村土地使用权的流转不仅是必要的而且是可行的,希望借此来推动中国农村土地制度进一步完善。
The land institutions in rural areas are not only related to the stability and development of the country, but to solve the rural issues properly. China＇s rural land institutions have always been corresponding with the times. After nearly three decades of social practice, the existing institutions of rural land have revealed large number of social problems. In this paper, we focus on the rural land transfer and propose that it is necessary and feasible. Full analysis and demonstration have carried on to better China＇s rural land institutions.
