摘要
诉讼欺诈行为在司法过程中危害巨大。应统一对诉讼欺诈行为的认识,正确适用法律,应在民法、民事诉讼法中增加处置诉讼欺诈行为的条款,阻止该行为的蔓延。
The Fraud in a Lawsuit does great harm to Justice in judicial practice, we should unify the understanding of The Fraud in a Lawsuit in judicial practice,correctly apply law,add provisions of the disposal about the Fraud in a Lawsuit in the Civil Law, the Civil Procedure Law,prevent the spread of the Fraud in a Lawsuit.
