摘要
根据1个已报道的马铃薯富含锚蛋白重复结构域基因Star的全长cDNA序列,分别在含有起始密码子和终止密码子处设计基因特异引物,从感染了晚疫病原菌的本氏烟草叶片cDNA中克隆得到1个新的基因Nbar。此基因包含1个最大为1 539 bp的阅读框,与Star的碱基一致性达到90%。该基因编码513个氨基酸,序列中存在6个锚蛋白重复结构域和1个环指结构域。Nbar已提交GenBank,登录号为1231763。
A novel gene Nbar ( Nicotiana benthamiana ankyrin repeat-rich) was cloned from cDNA of tobacco (Nicotiana benthamiana) leaves infested by Phytophthora infestans, with a pair of specific primers designed based on the reported sequence of a potato ankyrin repeat-rich gene Star. The new gene contains a maximum open reading frame of 1 539 bp, whose base consistency was 90% with that of Star, and encoded a peptide with 513 amino acids, including six ankyrin repeat-rich domains and a RING finger. So far as we know, it is the first ankyrin re- peat-rich gene isolated from tobacco, and has been submitted to the GenBank database with accession number 1231763.
