摘要
坚持以人为本,是做好学校日常的思想政治教育工作的重要原则,是提高思想政治教育实效性的关键。马克思主义关于人的本质、人的全面发展、人是历史主体基本观点构成了"以人为本"的思想理论基础。以人为本是马克思主义关于人的理论对学校日常思想政治教育的要求,是提高思想政治教育"实效性"必须坚持的教育理念与方法论原则,同时思想政治教育"实效性"的提高又体现了"以人为本"的教育理念与方法要求。
Adhere to people-oriented principle is to make good the school routine ideological and political education important is to raise the ideological and political education the key to effectiveness. Marxism on human nature, man＇s overall development, human history, the basic ideas constitute the main body of the ＂people-oriented＂ ideological. People-oriented philosophy of education meet the requirement of Marxist theory about people＇s ideological, and ＂effectiveness＂ of daily political education must be adhered to the principles of educational philosophy and methodology, while the ＂effectiveness＂ shows that the ＂people-oriented＂ educational philosophy and methodological requirements.
