摘要
随着电子商务技术的发展,网络交易安全成为了电子商务发展的核心和关键问题。加强网络个人隐私的保护不仅仅是对人格权的尊重和维护,也是电子商务发展的内在要求。文章简单的论述了电子商务的概念、网络个人隐私权保护的意义,分类阐明了隐私权常见的侵权主体和方式,并据此从技术和法律两个方面提出了防范措施和方法。
With the development of the E-commeree, the security of the internet transaction has become the core and the key issue. Strengthening protection of personal privacy on the internet is not only required to respect and to protect the personality rights, but it is also required intrinsically for further development of the E-commerce. This article briefly discuses the concept of the E-commerce as well as the meaning to protect personal privacy on the internet. It also taxonomically discusses the common infringer and the usual infringement methods. In the end, the article proposes the measures in the aspects of beth technology and law.
