摘要
HABR反应器的启动是HABR反应器高效稳定运行的关键,其影响因素很多。为了更好地实现HABR反应器的启动,提出了2种不同启动方法的对比,即未加碱度启动过程及投加碱度启动过程。结果表明,碱度的投加能够很好地保证HABR反应器的快速启动,这种启动方式出水pH稳定,COD去除率高。碱度控制一般以保证HABR沿程最低pH不低于6.0为准,6.5以上为佳。进水碱度的下限与反应器的进水浓度密切相关。在中高负荷COD条件下(10kg.m-.3d-1),保持HABR运行良好的最低碱度为600mg·L-1。
The key of HABR reactor start-up wbether operation efficient and stable or not. In order to achieve better start-up of the HABR reactor, a comparison between two different methods was made. No alkalinity when the HABR reactor starting-up. The HABR reactor starting-up with alkalinity. The conclusion is that: Dosing the alkalinity could make the process of starting-up faster and better. Its efficiency of COD removal is high; the pH of effluent quality is stable. The alkalinity should be controlled to guarantee the lowest pH no less than 6.0. The lowest alkalinity should be no less than 600 mg· L^-1 when the loading rate (COD) was about 10 kg·m^-3· d^-1.
