摘要
目的探讨围手术期舒适护理对前列腺电切术(TURP)患者的影响。方法将100例TURP患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理。结果入室后观察组的心率、呼吸和平均动脉压值明显低于对照组(均P<0.01);对照组入室后的心率、呼吸和平均动脉压值明显高于入室前(均P<0.01)。观察组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论围手术期舒适护理有助于维持TURP患者生命体征的稳定,减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comfort care on TURP patients. Methods One hundred TURP patients were randomly divided into the observation and control groups, each consisting of 50 cases. Both groups received the routine therapy and nursing care,and the comfort care was added to the observation group. Results The heart rate,respiration and mean arterial pressure were markedly lower after treatment in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.01 ）. The above-mentioned indices aftertreatment were markedly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0.01 ）. The total incidence rate of complications was markedly lower in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The perioperative comfort care can aid in maintaining the stability of the vital signs and reducing the complication incidence in TURP patients.
