摘要
移动学习(Mobile-Learning)是继电子学习(E-Learning)之后出现的一种新的学习模式,是借助移动通讯技术和移动通信终端进行的随时随地的学习。本文在以3G移动通信技术的特点和优势为基础的大环境下,探讨了基于3G技术的移动学习应用模式,并结合3G技术特点,提出了构建基于3G技术移动学习网络服务平台的初步设想。旨在为从事移动学习教学和研究的教育工作者们提供借鉴。
Mobile Learning is a new mode of learning after the emergence the E-learning, and it is the anytime, anywhere learning with the use of mobile communication technology and mobile communication terminals. In this paper, based on the larger environment of the characteristics and advantages of the 3G mobile communication technology, discussed mobile learning application mode based on 3G technology. Author combined with the characteristics of the 36 technology, and proposed mobile learning network service platform preliminary ideas based on 3G technology.
