摘要 某油矿油田地域广、油井多、单井产量低、结垢现象严重、地形复杂,导致工作效率低下,并且原油极容易在地面管汇中滞留而产生"灌香肠"现象;针对以上问题,基于油井接力式运转和管线连续流的思想,论文提出和实现了油矿遥测遥控系统,大大提高了工作效率,并有效地解决了"灌香肠"现象;系统选用ZigBee模块实现无线通信,数据传输可靠,控制功能完善,搭建了实验系统,对论文提出的设计方案进行了测试和实验,结果证明了数据双向无线传输的可靠性和有效性。 Focusing on the problems of the Oilfield, wide geographic region, poor production, serious scaling, complicated topography, low efficiency, the pipe is easy stopped. Based on the thought of well relay style running and pipeline continuous flow, a new telemetry and telecontrol system of Oilfield is proposed and realized, the efficiency is improved greatly and the problem of stoppage is solved. The system adopts ZigBee module to realize wireless communication. ZigBee module can transmit data reliably, and the functions are perfect. Through testing and experimenting, the result shows that the data can transmit credibly and bidirectional.
