复杂形状Cr12MoV钢冷冲模失效原因分析及热处理工艺改进 被引量:5

摘要 对形状复杂的Cr12MoV钢冷冲模具的早期失效原因进行了分析。改用电渣重熔锻坯,调整热处理工艺,增加固溶双细化处理,改进淬回火工艺,淬火保温时间从6 s/mm延长到10 s/mm,回火温度从200℃提高到420℃,硬度从58~62 HRC降低到55~58 HRC,同时采取了一些防止模具开裂的其它措施,抑止了模具的早期失效,充分发挥了Cr12MoV钢的优异性能,使模具的寿命大幅提高,降低了生产成本。 Early failure analysis was carried out on Cr12MoV steel cold punching die with complicated shape.By adopting electroslag remelted forged billet,introducing solution and double-refine treatment and improving heat treatment process with the soaking time changed from 6 s/mm to 10 s/mm and tempering temperature increased from 200 ℃ to 420 ℃,the hardness of Cr12MoV steel die is reduced from 58~62 HRC to 55~58 HRC,and the early failure is inhibited with the addition of other measures.The excellent characteristics of Cr12MoV steel are fully brought out,so the service life of die is greatly prolonged and the production cost is reduced.
