摘要
对我国2009年废钢供求状况、行情及我国废钢产业的发展进行回顾,展望了2010年国内废钢市场的发展前景,指出2010年我国废钢资源依然紧缺,不利于钢铁产业节能减排;新税收政策的实施以及中小钢铁企业的恶性竞争也是造成我国废钢资源紧缺的根本原因。
Supply and demand situation, prices of the scrap, and the China＇s scrap industry development in 2009 were reviewed. The prospects of the domestic steel scrap market in 2010 were looked forward. China＇s steel scrap resources are still scarce in 2010, which is not conducive to practice energy saving and emission reduction for iron and steel enterprises were pointed out. The implementation of the new tax policy, as well as the vicious competition of small and medium iron and steel enterprises was the root causes for the scarcity of scrap resources.
