摘要
目的了解住院患者使用抗菌药物发生药品不良反应的情况。方法回顾分析2005年10月至2007年10月住院患者中使用抗菌药物发生不良反应240例。结果240例不良反应涉及抗菌药物7类30种,其中青霉素类居首位,其次是头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类。结论抗菌药物的不良反应发生与药物的化学结构及临床不合理用药有关,故应注意合理使用抗菌药物。
Objective To analyze the drug adverse reaction ADR among inpatients who were treated with antibacterials. Method ：240 adverse effection cases of inpatients owing to antibacterials were collected, classified and analyzed during oct 2005 to oct. 2007. Results All ADR were involied in 30 kinds of antibacterials, which belong to 7 categeries. Penicillins ranked first, followed by cephalosporins and quinolones. Conclusion The incidence of ADR induced by antibacterials was related with widely using antibacterials. Medical staff should pay more attention to using antibacterials retionally.
