神经行为测定和脑干听觉诱发电位对神经节苷脂治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的评价 被引量:2

The evaluation of the treatment for moderate and severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy neonates with monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside by neonatal behavioral neurological assessment and brainstem aditory evoked potentials

摘要 目的通过新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)及脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)探讨神经节苷脂治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效。方法将58例中重度HIE患儿随机分为治疗组(GM1,n=30)和对照组(胞二磷胆碱,n=28)。两组分别在生后第2天、15天、28天进行新生儿神经行为能力测定(NBNA)及脑干听觉诱发电位检测(BAEP)。结果治疗前两组NBNA评分及BAEP异常率均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后GM1组NBNA评分高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);BAEP异常率低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论GM1治疗中、重度新生儿H IE疗效理想;NB-NA及BAEP可作为GM1治疗新生儿HIE疗效评价的重要指标。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside (GM1) for moderate and severehypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy neonates by neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) and brainstem aditory evoked potentials (BAEP). Methods: Fifty - eight neonates with moderate and severe HIE were randomly divided into GM1 treatment group (30) and control group (n = 28 ). Neonatal behavior and nervous assay (NBNA) and brainstem aditory evoked potentials (BAEP) were performed on the 2th, 15th, 28th day for all infants. Results: No significant difference of NBNA and BAEP were found in HIE neonates with moderate and severe degree between the two groups on the 2th day ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; NBNA scores in the GM1 group were significantly higher than those in the control on the 5th, 28thday ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Brainstem aditory evoked potentials (BAEP) abnormality rates in the GM1 group were significantly lower than those in the control on the 5th, 28th day ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: GMI is particularly effective against HIE neonates with moderate and severe degree; NBNA and BAEP can be used as the important indicators of effect for GM1 against HIE.
