摘要
目的了解克拉玛依市中小学校校医和幼儿园保健医甲型H1N1流感基本知识知晓情况以及培训效果,为开展相关培训提供参考。方法采用面授培训和远程视频同步直播培训2种方法,对全市中小学校校医和幼儿园保健医进行甲型H1N1流感基本知识培训,培训前后分别进行问卷调查并评价培训效果。结果克拉玛依市中小学校校医、幼儿园保健医获取甲型H1N1流感基本知识的途径主要是电视和互联网网站,培训班名列末位。甲型H1N1流感基本知识19个问题的知晓率,中学校医有3个问题、小学校医有1个问题、幼儿园保健医有3个问题培训前后差异有统计学意义;面授培训与多媒体远程视频同步直播培训有3个问题在培训前后差异有统计学意义。结论克拉玛依市中小学校校医、幼儿园保健医甲型H1N1流感防控知识的技术培训和面向学生儿童的健康教育取得了较好的效果。应针对学校和幼儿园存在的不同问题及不同培训方式达到的效果,开展不同形式的健康教育。
Objective Objective To understand the influenza A/H1 N1 knowledge training effectiveness to school doctors of primary and middle schools and health doctors of nursery school in Karamay City. Methods All the doctors of primary and middle schools and health doctors of nursery school in Karamay City had accepted trainings about influenza A/ H1N1 knowledge by adopting two methods of face to face teaching and long-range video live telecast. A questionnaire survey was conducted after the trainings. Results The main way of grasping influenza A/H1N1 knowledge was to watch television and surf the Internet, and training class was the last one. There was a statistical difference in 19 questions of influenza A/H1N1 knowledge before and after the trainings, 3 for doctors in middle school, 1 for doctors in primary school and 3 for doctors in nursery school. Meanwhile, there was difference in 3 questions after the face to face teaching and long-range video live telecast. Conclusion The trainings about A/H1N1 prevention to school doctors were effective. There was difference among different schools and different training methods. Population-specific health education should be implemented in Karamay City.
