AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者NT-ProBNP与pH、PCO_2相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者NT-ProBNP水平与pH、PCO2的相关性。方法:按PCO2水平将118例AECOPD患者分为呼吸衰竭组和非呼吸衰竭组,检测NT-ProBNP及pH、PCO2,比较两组NT-ProBNP有无差异,并与pH、PCO2进行相关性分析。结果:非呼吸衰竭组NT-ProBNP平均浓度为(362±94)pg/ml,呼吸衰竭组为(1196±314)pg/ml,两组对比差异有统计学意义,NT-ProBNP水平与pH值呈负正相关(r=-0.41,P<0.01),与PCO2呈正相关(r=0.53,P<0.01)。结论:AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭患者血清NT-ProBNP明显增高,可作为病情严重程度的评估指标。
