摘要
我国疗养院大都起源20世纪50年代,按前苏联模式建立起来,历经半个多世纪,有了长足的发展。军队疗养院作为军队卫生医疗机构的重要组成部分,为军队干部疗养、康复与保健作出了重要贡献,但不少疗养院存在综合效益不高、专业性不强等现实问题,发展速度远远落后于军队医院,与新的形势、任务和要求不相适应。充分认清军队疗养院存在的必要性与重要性,正确把握卫勤保障、学科建设、人才培养、科学管理等重难点,改变疗养院"服务不如宾馆,治疗不如医院"的发展现状,推进军队疗养院全面、协调、可持续发展,已经成为现实而紧迫的任务。
In China, most of sanatoriums, which originated in the 1950s according to the model of the for- mer Soviet Union, have grown up in the more than half a century. As an important part of military health institute, sanitariums have made great progresses. But at present the sanitariums will face the problems as bad general bene- fit, weakness of specialty etc. which has resulted in the lack of sanitarium comparing with military hospitals. For military sanitariums, the most important task is to solve the problems in medical support, subject construction, tal- ent cultivation, and scientific management and promote the overall development.
