摘要
目的：强化无偿献血全过程的护理质量。方法：通过人文服务理念，努力把高质量的献血服务贯穿于献血全过程，让每位献血者感受到亲情及优质的服务。结果：深化了无偿献血的深远意义。结论：促进志愿无偿献血事业的稳步发展，不断提高志愿无偿献血着的积极性。
Objective：Strengthens donates blood without compensation the entire process nursing quality. Methods： Through the humanities service idea, high grade gives blood the service penetration to give blood diligently the entire process, lets each blood donor feel the dear ones and the high quality service.
