摘要
目的探讨K-ras蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况及其与NSCLC临床病理参数的相关性。方法通过免疫组化方法检测大连市不同医院诊断明确的NSCLC手术切除标本95例,其中29例标本取癌旁组织,检测各标本中K-ras蛋白的表达。结果K-ras蛋白在NSCLC组织中的表达率为45.26%,在癌旁组织为24.14%(P<0.01)。NSCLC组织中K-ras蛋白表达与组织学类型显著相关,腺癌表达率为56.25%,明显高于鳞癌的22.58%(P=0.0042);与性别、年龄、分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移等无关。结论NSCLC中存在K-ras蛋白表达上调。其高表达更易发生于肺腺癌。
Objective The expression of K-ras protein has close relationship with the development of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). But its expressional condition is not clear. The aim of this study is to detect the expression of K-ras protein in tissues of lung cancer and adjacent tissues and analyze the relationships of the protein and the clinical pathologic parameters. Methods Ninety-five specimens of resected tissues of lung cancer diagnosed clearly were selected from different hospitals in Dalian. Among them there were 29 specimens taken the adjacent tissues. The expression of K-ras in each specimen was detected by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results K-ras protein positive expression rate was 45.26% (43/95) in NSCLC tissues and was 24. 14% (7/29) in the adjacent tissues. There was significant difference in histological type for K-ras expression in NSCLC tissues (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of K- ras protein was up-regulated in NSCLC. The expression of K-ras in the adenocarcinoma of NSCLC was mostly found.
