摘要
目的研究在高温的应激条件下,热休克蛋白27(HSP27)在链尿佐菌素(STZ)诱导的大鼠糖尿病性白内障晶状体上皮细胞(LEC)中的表达情况。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为3组:A组为空白对照组,B组为STZ组,C组为热处理STZ组。每周用裂隙灯观察各组大鼠晶状体的变化,于试验8周后分别摘取眼球,取出晶状体,采用免疫组化技术检测HSP27在各组LEC中的表达情况。结果 A组晶状体一直保持透明,B组混浊程度高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组HSP27的表达高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组HSP27的表达高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热处理能促进晶状体上皮HSP27的表达,从而可能对晶状体上皮具有保护作用。
Objective To study the stress at high temperature conditions, heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) in the chain of urine streptozotoein ( streptozotocin, STZ)-induced diabetic cataract in rat lens epithelial cells (lens epithelial cell, LEC) in the expression. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: A group for the control group, B group, STZ group, C group, STZ group treatment. Weekly by slit - lamp lens to observe the changes in rats, eight weeks after the test, respectively, eye removal, remove the lens, using immunohistochemical detection of heat shock protein 27 in each group in the expression of LEC. Results A group has maintained a transparent lens, B group of the turbidity is higher than C group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). HSP27 expression in group B higher than the A group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) , C Expression of HSP27 is higher than Group B, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The heat treatment can promote the expression of lens epithelial HSP27, which may have a protective effect of lens epithelial.
