摘要
建立了变参数支架设计平台。该平台具有支架受力建模、支架整体及各部件设计、强度校核及动态仿真的功能。借助VB开发环境,首先建立了变参数下的支架受力模型,并进行变参数支架设计。即进行变参数支架总体及各部件──顶梁、掩护梁及底座等的设计与校核。而后,通过VB与SolidWorks接口程序,建立支架三维参数化模型,实现支架升、降的三维动态仿真。该软件的开发可以缩短结构类同支架的研发周期,并为支架设计提供研发平台。
This paper builds the design platform for the hydraulic support with variable parameters. The platform characterizes' the following aspects: support's mechanical modeling, design, strength check and 3D simulation of the hydraulic support. By VB, the mechanical model of the support with variable parameters is set up and the support design is carried on, including design and check of the whole support and its components, such as top beam, shielding beam, the baseboard and so on. Then, by the interface programm of VB and SolidWorks, the 3D parameterized model is established for the 3D simulation of lifting and falling supports. The development of this software could shorten the R&D periods of supports with similar structures and provide the R&D platform for the support design.
