摘要
改革开放以来,学界关于我国干部人事制度改革的研究成果层出不穷,研究观点可谓众说纷纭。研究的内容主要集中在干部人事制度改革的发展历程、改革的内容、改革的经验、改革中的问题以及深化改革的发展方向等方面。对我国干部人事制度改革的研究情况进行梳理,可为人事制度改革的学术研究提供有益的参考。
Scholars have had endless stream of research results and viewpoints about our country＇s cadre and personnel system since the reform and opening-up. The research focused on the reform of the cadre and personnel system, such as the development process, experiences, issues, the deepening reforms and so on. This article classifies our country＇s academic fruits to provide references for the cadre and personnel system reform of China＇s academic research.
