两段炉煤气站NH_4HCO_3的生成、危害及控制

摘要 文章从源头分析了两段炉煤气站NH4HCO3的生成机理及危害程度,并找出控制其产生的方法,指出通过合理设计发生炉结构和蒸汽管路系统、优化发生炉操作等,可从源头杜绝NH4HCO3的产生,减少其危害,有利于"浓缩蒸发法"治理煤气站含酚废水技术的推广应用。 The formation reason and harm of NH4CO3 in double stage gas station was analysed in this paper, and the controling ways were found. The research indicated that optimization of the design of gasifier structures and steam piping system and the gasifier operation could be helpful to reduce the quantity of NH4CO3, which was benefit for the promotion and application of condensed evaporation method technology to deal with the phenolic wastewater in gas station.
