摘要
通过对影响测定结果的不确定度因素进行分析和量化,如试样称量,标准溶液制备,标准曲线绘制和测量重复性等,评定了示波极谱法测定有色金属矿石中微量锡的不确定度。当锡含量为0.93%时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.015%。
Based on analysis and quantification on uncertainty components, such as sample weighing, preparation of standard solution and standard curve, and determination repeatability etc. , the uncertainty for determination of trace-tin in non - ferrous metal ores by the oseillopolarography was evaluated. When tin content is 0. 93%, the expanded uncertainty is 0. 015%.
