Influence Factors on Development of Ⅹ-period Chicken Embryos in Primary Eggshell in vitro

摘要 试验以X期鸡胚为材料,研究了翻蛋时间、封口材料及封口胶对X期鸡胚体外发育的影响。试验结果表明:X期鸡胚抽取1mL蛋清后,0d(对照组)、0~3d、3~6d和6-9d不翻蛋组的出雏率分别为33.3%、24.2%、55.9%和23.5%,3-6d不翻蛋组出雏率极显著高于对照组、0~3d及6~9d不翻蛋组(P〈0.01);3种封口材料中,2种塑料片封口组明显优于蛋壳皿封口组(P〈0.01),塑料输液瓶片封口组的出雏率为16.7%,雪碧饮料瓶片封口组的出雏率为9.5%,而蛋壳皿封口组的出雏率则为0.0%;4种封口胶中自制新胶的效果最好,出雏率高达53.3%;自制水洗胶、自制旧胶和AAA超能胶的出雏率则较低,分别为51.7%、45.0%和40.0%。自制新胶组的出雏率明显优于自制旧胶和AAA超能胶(P〈0.05),而自制新胶与自制水洗胶之间以及自制旧胶与AAA超能胶之间出雏率则没有明显差异(P〉0.05)。 The effects of egg-turning time, sealing material and sealing glue on development of X-period chicken embryos in vitro were studied. 1 mL egg white was taken from X-period chicken embryos and which were incubated with no turning. The hatching rates at 0,0 to 3 d,3 to 6 d and 6 to 9 d were 33.3%,24.2%,55.9% and 23.5%, respectively. The hatching rate of no turning egg group at 3 to 6 d was significantly higher than those of no turning egg groups at 0,0 to 3 d and 6 to 9 d (P〈0.01). Among three sealing materials, the groups with a piece of plastic dropping bottle and sprite bottle were significantly better than the group with a piece of eggshell (P〈0.01). Hatching rates in the groups with a piece of plastic dropping bottle and sprite bottle were 16.7% and 9.5% respectively,but hatching rate in the group with a piece of eggshell was 0. The hatching rates of the groups with new self-made glue, washed glue, previously seff-made glue and all-purpose adhesive were 53.3%,51.7% ,45.0% and 40.0 %,respectively. There is no difference between new self-made glue group and washed glue group,or between previous self-made glue group and allpurpose adhesive group in hatching rate(P〉0.05). But hatching rate of new self-made glue group was significantly higher than those of previously self-made glue group and all-purpose adhesive group (P〈0.05).
