According to customs statistics, in 2009, China＇s textile and apparel exports amounted to US$171.332 billion, down 9.65 percent year on year, the industry＇s exports hovered at a low level of about 11 percent in the first 10 months, export decline narrowed 1.56 percentage points in November, but the recovery rate was slow. Export decline mainly concentrated in small enterprises.
