摘要
健全人格是青少年学生心理健康的重要内容,对心理健康发展具有本质促进作用。健全人格是心理健康教育的重要目标,健全人格教育是心理健康教育的重要手段。培养青少年学生的健全人格,需运用心理教育、心理训练、心理建构等途径,施行着眼于心灵改造和品格建塑的健全人格教育。
Healthy personality, as a main component of Students＇ mental health, can promote its development in essence. Also, it is an important object of education of mental health. And education of healthy personality is an effective method to education of mental health. An education of healthy personality, focusing on students＇ spirit rebuilding and morality improving, should be developed to cultivate the students＇ healthy personality with psychological education, psychological training, and psychological construct.
