摘要
高等教育改革新形势下,为本科学生开展早期药学教育是提高学生认识与了解药学领域的一条重要途径,是培养适应新教育模式下高素质药学人才的需要。以学业导师制度为纽带,利用基于PBL的教学新模式对大学新生进行始业教育,为研究型大学的药学专业本科生教学改革提供可以借鉴的思路。
A tutorial system-oriented program was designed to meet the specific needs of freshmen. The modified PBL model was used in the present program to introduce pharmaceutical sciences to freshmen. One can speculate that the implementation of tutorial system promote long-term benefits of the program on the undergraduates in research university.
