摘要
在统筹城乡体育发展的战略背景下,努力引导和促进城乡体育消费的发展具有重要意义。研究认为,我国城乡体育消费存在的巨大差异根源于城乡经济基础、社会文化、体育资源配置和社会保障水平的二元结构,其统筹发展要坚持政府规划引导、城乡体育社团促进、市场化资源配置相结合,走出一条既符合城乡体育统筹发展实际又顺应体育产业发展规律的道路。
In view of the strategy of overall planning for urban and rural sports development, it is of great significance to guide and promote rural and urban sports consumption. The disparity in Chinese urban and rural sports consumption is rooted in the binary structure of urban and rural economic base, social culture, sports resource distribution and social security level. The overall planning for urban and rural sports development should adhere to governmental leadership, and combine the development of urban and rural sports societies with market resource distribution so that a way can be found to cater to the practical situation of overall planning for urban and rural spots development and the law of sports industrial development.
